System Administrator I Salary Range : $53k to $64k
We’re looking for a System Administrator I to join our growing team and deliver exceptional IT support both onsite and remotely. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on role. You’ll handle a variety of technical tasks — from system updates and maintenance to complex troubleshooting — ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Independently resolve a wide range of technical issues, including :
Workstation operating system problems (Windows & macOS).
Printer and peripheral device issues.
Common business application support (e.g., office productivity tools).
Line-of-business application support, including vendor collaboration when required.
Server troubleshooting and maintenance.
Basic to intermediate networking issues.
Act as an escalation point for frontline support technicians.
Qualifications
Willingness to work full-time onsite — at the office or at client locations as needed.
Minimum 3 years of IT support experience or similar.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows Server (2012–2022).
Knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Familiarity with firewalls, switches, and network architecture.
Proficiency with Active Directory, endpoint security, backup software, mobile device support, and common business applications.
Previous work with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly desirable.
Active server certifications are a plus.
Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for travel to sites.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
First-touch resolution rate — tickets resolved on the initial response.
Utilization rate — percentage of time spent on billable client tickets.
Customer satisfaction (CSAT) — client feedback scores on support tickets.

Hourly rate : $25.83–$30.85, depending on experience and location.
