  • Experience as a lead designer in development projects, preferably involving technology modernization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to redesign and simplify UX and workflows to meet modern application standards, using a material design library and component framework such as MudBlazor - 2 years’ experience
  • Experience creating wireframes / prototypes and iterating with stakeholders - 4 years’ experience
  • Experience creating personas and testing designs against them - 4 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of modern code implementations, US web design standards, and product strategy - 4 years’ experience

Nice to Have Skills :

  • Experience working within Agile principles and processes - 2 years
  • Experience using MudBlazor material design library - 1 year

  • Experience providing services for government, especially with DWD environments, is a plus

    • Description : This critical design role supports the IRIS 2.0 modernization project, replacing the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation's case management system. Candidates will work on self-directed teams reviewing legacy systems, understanding business needs, designing workflows, wireframing, prototyping, conducting usability research, and championing modern design principles. The role involves designing accessible, intuitive UI components leveraging material design to create a user-friendly system for DVR users.
