Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to [specific department or team].
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely communication with clients and team members.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new employees.
  • Support team projects by providing research and administrative assistance as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to confidentiality.

    The pay range for this role is :
