Job Description

Are you a seasoned A / V professional with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences? Join our dynamic Event Production team as a Senior A / V Engineer , where you'll play a pivotal role in executing high-profile external events and territory galas. This is a hands-on leadership position—not an AV integrator role—focused on innovation, collaboration, and excellence in live and virtual event production.

What You’ll Do

As a key technical leader, you will :

  • Strategize & Collaborate : Partner with event planners and stakeholders to align A / V solutions with program goals and budget.
  • Lead Technical Execution : Operate and oversee production equipment (audio, lighting, video) for internal and external events.
  • Serve as SME : Be the go-to expert for enterprise-level A / V production, live streaming, and virtual platforms.
  • Manage Vendors : Lead RFP processes, negotiate cost-effective solutions, and cultivate vendor relationships.
  • Drive Innovation : Research and implement cutting-edge technologies to elevate event quality and audience engagement.
  • Produce & Support : Create technical specs, schedules, and ensure seamless integration of creative content with A / V platforms.
  • Mentor & Lead : Provide guidance to junior staff and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Experience : 7–9 years in A / V production and live event execution, with a proven track record of managing complex events.
  • Technical Mastery : Deep knowledge of AV systems, live streaming, and platforms like Zoom, Brightcove, and Teams.
  • Software Skills : Familiarity with tools such as ProPresenter, Dante, QLab, Shoflo, Shure Wireless Workbench, BlackMagic ATEM, OBS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Leadership & Agility : Strong organizational skills, adaptability under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Physical Readiness : Willingness to travel, work evenings / weekends, and perform on-site setup and lifting as needed.
  • Licensing : Valid driver’s license required.
