Position : Senior Project Manager - Vertical Construction

Location : Phoenix, AZ or Lake Charles, LA

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in vertical construction to lead large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing mid-rise, high-rise, data center, or distribution center projects. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage vertical construction projects, ensuring they meet all objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Organize and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Manage project negotiations and represent the company in client contract discussions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all construction phases are executed efficiently.
• Utilize industry-specific software like BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project to manage project workflows and track progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project life cycles.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress and any potential issues.
