Robert Forsee Holdings is hiring a Sales Advisor to drive growth for its consumer financial services division. You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end with a self-generated pipeline. You bring the sales playbook; we’ll provide the tools, assets, and support you say you need.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact through signed agreement.
- Design and execute your personal go-to-market plan and outreach strategy.
- Run goal-oriented consults, present solutions and pricing, handle objections, and close.
- Define required support (tools, content, offers) and partner with leadership to implement it.
- Maintain accurate, timely records of activity, pipeline stages, and results in the CRM.
- Provide clear weekly reporting on progress, forecast, and next actions.
Success Metrics
Consistent flow of qualified meetings you sourced yourself.Reliable month-over-month new client revenue at or above target.Accurate forecasting and clean CRM hygiene.Timely follow-through on all open opportunities.Qualifications
2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with a self-sourced pipeline.Proven track record of finding, advancing, and closing business.Strong communication (phone / Zoom and written), organization, and time management.High ownership mindset; comfortable operating with autonomy and clear targets.Nice to have : experience in consumer services / financial services; CRM proficiency; Spanish / English bilingual.Location
Remote in OH, Cincinnati preferred.
