What You’ll Be Doing
Teach patients about TMS therapy and their mental health care optionsListen with empathy and document mental health symptoms and medication historySupport patients emotionally while guiding them through their treatment planCollaborate with clinicians to ensure patients feel supported, not shuffledWho We Are

Requirements
You’re a Strong Fit If You Have :
2+ years in a customer-facing role (think support, hospitality, sales, etc.)Strong people skills — you build trust naturally and listen without judgmentComfort with multitasking in a fast-paced, high-emotion environmentClear and professional verbal and written communicationA knack for organization and handling details with careEducation Requirements
