What You'll Do :

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of valued Commercial Lines clients.
  • Manage renewals, policy changes, endorsements, claims, and certificates with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop lasting client relationships by providing thoughtful guidance and tailored insurance solutions.
  • Work closely with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive options and meet client needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • 2+ years of Account Management experience in the insurance industry (Commercial Lines preferred).
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and client service skillsyou're proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented.
