Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients
Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver on client expectations
Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently
Track client feedback and provide input to improve services
Prepare reports on client interactions and outcomes
Support new client onboarding and implementation processes
Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities in CRM systems
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
1+ years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proven organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional and courteous demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
