JOB DESCRIPTION Job description for Racker / Packer Associates

We are looking for racker packers to join our team at a tier 1 metal automotive plant! Top-rated car manufacturing plant with room for growth! We have the following positions available; robotic welding, racking, paint line, Powder coat.

Shifts : 2nd & 3rd shift

Pay : $17.75

Responsibilities for our Racker / Packer Associate.

Racker packers appropriately handles and inspect metal car parts to ensure they meet quality standards

Move at a consistently fluent pace to keep the rate

Keep area clean and orderly

Be able to follow directions

Punctuality

Willingness to learn!

Qualifications for Racker / Packer Associate.

Racker / Packer Associates must be able to pass a national background check

Must have steel-toed shoes or boots

Be able to lift between 15-50lb depending on department

Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours
