Senior Manager Process Design

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager / AD, Process Design & Deployment. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients and D&I on program design to align with technical workflows and process standards Support Program Ops and BA in translating functional and technical workflows into CLS for seamless integrations Assist with data migration, technical workflows creation, and user acceptance testing as required Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in project / operations management or customer service Extensive knowledge of HUB Operations, including Nursing, Reimbursement, and PAP experience Direct experience supporting client-facing teams and technology delivery teams Power User Salesforce CRM experience with capabilities in UAT and Hypercare Experience with data mapping and migration, and operational workflows to identify process improvements
