A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an

Administration Generalist

Position Type : Fulltime – Contract

Location : Newport News, VA 23607

Duration : 12 Months

The ideal candidate will have :

• Represents organizational unit on administrative matters.
• Recommends, interprets, and / or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
• Perform as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development.
• May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
• Facility and Capacity planner / building site owner.
• Work with Facilities Proper to successfully transition departments in and out of building sites.
• Serve as primary contact and POC for addressing all facility issues and concerns.
• Partner with the Safety / Security / Parking Solutions / Facilities teams to address site concerns and / or cascade important information on their behalf.
• Plan / manage equipment moves in and out of buildings.
• Set up conference room schedules for building occupants.
• Primary POC for building-related communications.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range : $35 - $40 hour.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
