Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to guide agile delivery across one or more cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in driving business outcomes by fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove delivery roadblocks, and collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and program managers. You’ll be instrumental in scaling agile practices and aligning teams with strategic goals, all within a center of excellence structure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead one or more agile teams to deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Champion lean-agile principles and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and align priorities.

Track and report delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown to optimize team performance.

Proactively identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.

Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to maintain cross-team alignment.

Develop and manage agile performance dashboards and reporting tools.

Educate and mentor teams on agile best practices and scaling methodologies.

Key Requirements

Certified Scrum Master with 4+ years of hands-on experience leading agile teams.

Proven success in scaled and distributed agile environments.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Experience in environments integrating project management, product management, and DevOps.

Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performing agile teams.

Familiarity with SAFe frameworks and agile transformation initiatives.

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar agile tools.

Background in IT development, including RESTful APIs, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud technologies, is a plus.
