Position Title : Cybersecurity Project Manager

Location : Frisco TX

Anticipated Start Date : 9 / 15 / 2025

Expected Duration : 12 Months (contract position)

Job Type : (37.5 HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]

Pay Range : $70.00 / hr. to $80.00 / hr. on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Description :

• The work you will do varies depending on the project, as well as your capabilities and experience.
• Project Managers are critical contributors to our team, and handle a combination of : Driving project scoping definition, schedule planning, budgeting tracking, working in Smartsheet, managing all aspects of meetings and deadlines scheduling and deliverables, and leading high performance project teams.
• Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and build strong relationships with Global Cybersecurity partners and project teams in IT and in the BUs.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands.
• Form strong project team relationships by leading and motivating team members, identifying and resolving blocks and conflicts.
• Coordinate efforts of team members, ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately and up to date in File shares and Smartsheet.
• Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved through established change control process. Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide weekly status report updates to Cybersecurity team and leadership.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
