Essential Functions
- Implements operational standards, organizes activities to achieve optimum service delivery / systems / care / processes, setting high performance objectives for the SPC. Holds self and others accountable to meet stated objectives, outcomes, goals, timetables and commitments, adhering to standards even in the face of unforeseen circumstances. Continuously analyzes all areas of responsibility for improvement and troubleshoots situations as they occur. Acts as subject matter expert and workflow organizer for all assigned administrative functions. Responsible to maintain SPC standards and provider scheduling structures needed to provide efficient care and optimize access. Coordinates services and provides leadership for designated area(s), including scribe oversight, templates, scheduling protocols, and overall schedule and room utilization.
- Perform a variety of operational functions on behalf of the assigned departments Operational / Financial Management Ensures cost effective use of resources by identifying and implementing changes related to scheduling efficiency and room utilization. Assist with the development and maintenance of scheduling protocols and templates. Manages templates and scheduling builds for new onboarding of providers. Responsible for Ambulatory Performance Metrics Monitor, report and troubleshoot to maintain : Provider Templates : Released 5 days prior to clinic Level loaded by division across the week Meet all SPC policy standards : 4-hour patient facing sessions Open 7 months of templates Scheduling Protocols Access measurements : 80% of referrals seen within 21 days 85% Schedule Utilization 90% Comprehensive Utilization
- Collaborates with multiple roles and levels across the SPC to optimize access and efficiency. Work collaboratively with centralized scheduling to ensure optimization of provider schedules. Work collaboratively with IT team to ensure efficient, accurate implementation of optimizations. Demonstrates effective communication with staff, physicians, patients, patients families, peers, other hospital departments, and outside agencies. Fosters teamwork and collaboration within the SPC in order to provide excellent customer service.

Education Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Required andAssociate's Degree from an accredited college or university PreferredExperience Qualifications
Minimum of three years in administrative support position Required andPrevious clinical, practice management or supervisory experience PreferredSkills and Abilities
