Job Description : Print and Mail Operations Manager
Position Summary : This position is responsible for management of the printing, mailing, material management and directly responsible for two departments consisting of two Leads with teams of 30 FTE and a flexible temporary staff. Along with administrative tasks related to a management position, this role will also work with management to set production priorities; workforce and resource scheduling; process improvement and documentation; internal and external audits; quality control; inventory management; coordination with internal management, facilities and developing a strong working relationship with the USPS and overnight vendors.
1st shift : 3 : 30pm to 12 : 00am

The Compensation range for this role is $63,000.00 to $90,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors : Location-based market rate for the role, Your abilities in relation to the job specification, Performance during screening and interview, Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location. Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
