Job Description :

  • This is a fully remote role offering the chance to work on high-impact projects while collaborating with world-class engineering and production teams.
  • The successful candidate will have 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience and a proven track record of improving processes driving cost efficiencies and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Design implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with design quality and production teams to troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Evaluate workflow space requirements and equipment layout for optimal production output.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare process documentation work instructions and training materials for manufacturing staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes equipment and materials.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing and / or Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in CAD and manufacturing simulation tools preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote collaborative environment.
