We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and building long-term relationships to help clients protect their assets, families, and future. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong sales ability, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies (auto, home, business, etc.).
  • Present and explain policy options, coverage details, and terms in a clear and professional manner.
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
  • Handle policy renewals, modifications, and claims assistance.
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and product updates.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Valid insurance license.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
