Construction Assistant Superintendent

Title : Construction Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily

Location : Cedar Rapids / Iowa City.

Requirements : 2+ years of experience within construction. Multi-family experience preferred.

Salary : $60k + $85k + Bonus, benefits and company vehicle

What you'll do :

This role involves actively supporting daily construction operations with a strong sense of ownership, ensuring projects stay on track and meet high standards of quality and safety. You'll collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and property managers to foster clear communication, teamwork, and accountability across the site. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed documentation, conducting safety inspections, and contributing to planning meetings while upholding integrity and a results-driven mindset.
