A company is looking for an Insights & Customer Analytics Manager to lead the analytics team and develop product analytics. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Analytics, Sales, Marketing, CSM, and Partnerships teams Handle ad-hoc data requests and design customer A / B tests Manage the team's workload and mentor team members Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics, including 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory Excellent command of SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) Hands-on experience with Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) English proficiency at C1 level or above
