Position : Scheduling Coordinator
Location : 261 W 35th Street, Suite 405, New York NY 10001
Type : Full-time
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule and match caregivers with clients based on needs and compatibility
Maintain and update caregiver availability (vacations, sick time, etc.)
Track caregiver skills and attributes for optimal client matching
Support new caregiver onboarding with scheduling orientation
Build strong rapport with caregivers and clients alike
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : 3+ year in a home care or related setting preferred
Education : High school diploma required
Skills : Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
Traits : Self-motivated, organized, and a genuine team player
