Responsibilities :

Estimate and manage commercial restoration projects from start to finish.

Collaborate with engineers, property managers, and condo associations to ensure project success.

Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to meet quality and performance standards.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep work on track. Requirements / Education :

5–10 years of experience in commercial restoration.

Proven project management experience in the Central Florida market.

Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
