A company is looking for a Pool Inside Sales Account Manager. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing builder accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand dealer needs and craft tailored product solutions Manage a sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and meet or exceed sales quotas through effective relationship management Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in inside sales or account executive roles with full sales cycle responsibility Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in managing complex deal cycles Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office products Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
