Malone Workforce Solutions is looking for reliable and experienced candidates for Mechanical & Electronic Assembler positions in Aurora, IL . If you have consistent manufacturing experience and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! These are temp-to-hire positions with immediate openings.

Position Details :

Pay : $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7 : 00am – 3 : 00pm

Location : Aurora, IL

Job Responsibilities :

Assemble electronic components based on schematics or sample units

Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies

Assist in developing repair procedures and train team members on repairs

Support additional mechanical assembly tasks using hand and power tools

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience working with electronic components and assemblies

Ability to read and interpret technical schematics

Basic knowledge of metal fabrication is a plus

Bilingual in English / Spanish is a bonus, but not required
