Blossom is seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive client experience by guiding individuals through the entire process, from initial inquiry to post-operative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a client-focused environment.
Responsibilities :
Respond to new client inquiries by phone, email, and text, qualifying leads and providing accurate procedure information.
Guide clients through available options and assist them in selecting the most appropriate solution.
Schedule appointments, manage client records, upload documentation, and process payments.
Provide consistent support before and after procedures through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Assist clients with travel and logistical arrangements as needed.
Maintain accurate communication records and stay current with company updates.
Prepare bi-weekly reports and complete assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications :
1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or medical office environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in computer use and accurate typing.
Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional bending and lifting.
Spanish Speaking Preferred
