Purpose of the Position
The General Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting and embodying the values and culture of Eureka! through professional leadership, operational excellence, and team development. This is an exempt position that reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager, while also maintaining collaboration with corporate leadership.
Qualifications :
- Displays a strong example and passion for our culture on every shift - EDC!
- At least 21 years of age.
- Food Manager certified.
- TIPs Certified.
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Community Involvement and Marketing focus on building sales organically with a deeply rooted community
- Previous experience in Bar Management (Is a plus) to maintain and continue to build up LBW sales.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
