Position Description
The Company is looking for experienced and detail-oriented Estimators with a background in heavy civil, road, and site work construction. Our Estimators have the responsibility for estimating and bidding on multiple construction projects, comprehensively from concept to completion.
ESTIMATOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a clear understanding of project plans, specifications, and requirements
- Organize and produce accurate and detailed estimates
- Develop project work plans and construction schedules
- Visit projects to identify and gain a clear understanding of the site
- Assess construction risks and analyze cost impacts
- Identify and articulate value-engineering alternatives
