CNC Machinist - 2nd or 3rd Shift

A well-established precision manufacturer is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented machinist experienced with close-tolerance parts, multi-axis machines, and working in a fast-paced production environment. You'll operate in a clean, modern facility serving high-stakes industries like aerospace, defense, and medical devices .

What You'll Do :

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot multi-axis CNC mills and lathes

Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges

Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling offsets to maintain tight tolerances

Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and CNC programs

Collaborate with programming, engineering, and quality teams

Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity

What You Bring :

3+ years of experience running CNC machines in a tight-tolerance environment

Strong understanding of G&M codes and machining principles

Proficiency with blueprint reading and precision measuring tools

Experience with multi-axis machining (3, 4, or 5 axis preferred)

Ability to work independently and take ownership of part quality

Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift (with shift differentials)

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
