Responsibilities

  • Assist in market analysis to help small businesses identify trends, understand top competitors, and pinpoint potential client bases.
  • Provide strategic business consulting to identify growth opportunities for small diverse businesses.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Resource Managers to identify and distribute government contract opportunities at local, state, and federal levels to our database of certified small businesses.
  • Organize events, training webinars, and networking forums to foster growth and connections for small diverse businesses.
  • Offer clerical support to two nonprofit organizations, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Manage and organize all small business accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling administrative tasks.
  • Track Business Center metrics and goals, providing detailed reports for C-Level Executives, Stakeholders, and Board Members.
