ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Linda DeSpain - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. You must live in the Dallas Fort Worth area be able to work in the Office at least two days per week and work three days per week from home. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency. This position pays a competitive BASE-pay, and generous Commissions based on Sales. In addition, this position can lead to AGENCY OWNERSHIP through our Agent Mentorship program.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Consult customers with financial planning and investment options.
  • Follow-up with Quoted Homeowner Prospects to sell Financial Products - Life, Health and Bank
  • Assist customers with portfolio management and asset allocation.
  • Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations.
  • COACH - Auto and P&C TEAM Members on how to market Financial Services, Refer Prospects and Gain Referrals from new Customers.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services.
  • Analytical and communication skills.
  • Must have Texas General Lines LIfe, Health, Accident, HMO license.
  • Beneficial to have FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations - but not required.
  • Must not be afraid of SALES.
  • You must live within Commuting Range of Irving, Texas in the Dallas Fort Worth market area and be able to travel to Office twice per week.
