A company is looking for a Learning Consultant - US Based Remote. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized onboarding experiences for experienced agents during their first 90 days Serve as a strategic partner to Regional Presidents and RVPs by sharing trends and insights from the field Collaborate with other learning teams to maintain consistency of messaging and onboarding experience across brands Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Experience in coaching or training, particularly in real estate or related fields Ability to facilitate group sessions and provide personalized support Strong understanding of onboarding frameworks and agent needs Experience in collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams Proven track record of improving agent productivity and retention
