Are you a contracts expert with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for the healthcare or medical device industry? Robert Half is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager to join our amazing client in Orange County!

In this exciting role, you’ll take the lead in reviewing, editing, redlining, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts—including sales agreements, vendor contracts, distribution agreements, and more. You'll work cross-functionally with legal, sales, and business teams to ensure contracts are not only compliant but also aligned with strategic business goals. This is a long-term contract position.

What You'll Do :

• Review and analyze contract terms to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with operational and business needs
• Provide clear guidance on contract language, obligations, and risk mitigation
• Maintain templates and contract management processes to improve efficiency
• Proven experience in commercial contract management, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Strong skills in contract administration, including editing and redlining.
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing contract documentation.
