Manager of Statistical Programming

A company is looking for a Manager, Statistical Programming. Key Responsibilities Manage a statistical programming group supporting multiple drug development programs Oversee and mentor programmers, ensuring adherence to statistical programming methodologies and standards Contribute to departmental initiatives and represent statistical programming in cross-functional teams Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or a related field Minimum 7+ years of clinical research and development programming experience using SAS 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience Solid knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM and ADaM Experience with the drug development process, particularly in oncology trials
