Revenue Management Analyst
This position is responsible for revenue management's daily reports as well as to drive the automation of reports across Hard Rock's largest hotels and casinos. This role will typically be challenged with data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving scripting, and dashboard development. The position will interact with all levels of the organization including executive leadership and will directly contribute to critical business decisions leading to maximize revenue opportunities and business change.

Qualifications
1-3 years reporting and analytics experience.
Bachelors in finance, statistics, hospitality management, marketing, information management preferred, or similar.
Experience in hospitality preferred, specifically revenue management, operations, finance, or marketing.
Strong Excel skills a must. Experience with SQL required. Experience with Tableau is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex formulas and calculations.
A team player with strong analytical, communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
Must be proficient in MS Office software, mainly Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Knowledge of LMS, CMP, SQL, Forward Distribution platforms and extranets, Rainmaker RMS, but not required.
Excellent personal management skills; time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication and presentations skills.
Work Environment :
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekend, and holidays; some travel is required.
Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting.
