About the Role

Reviews all products and services requests through the on boarding tool for accuracy and clarity, including our Treasury Management Service agreement. Handles all new, modifications and cancelations of Treasury Management products and services. Completes daily and monthly operational tasks related to Treasury Management services. Coordinates with other departments and third party vendors to assist with completing customer requests.

  • Implements all new, modification and cancelations of TM products and services including complex products that are technical in nature. Completes business customer’s self-enrollments through Commercial Online Banking.
  • Responsible for reviewing all requests submitted to implementation for accuracy and includes all pertinent information needed to complete the request in accordance to treasury management policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Treasury Management agreements and terms and conditions are complete before products and services are implemented. Adherence to account analysis guidelines when implementing products and services.
  • Coordinates with other departments in the bank and third-party vendors to ensure products and services are implemented within agreed upon service level agreement.
  • Responsible for sending out customer notifications and welcome emails for new and existing products and services. Handles and issues tokens for customers using Commercial Online Banking.
  • Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
  • Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You :

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of TM Specialist experience and / or retail banking. Required
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately set up TM Services on back-office platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of treasury management products and services, and technical computer software.
  • Proven experience addressing and resolving simultaneous requests for assistance, requiring strong coordination and follow-up skills.

The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $30.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
