Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), the PTA will provide treatment to patients in their homes. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities :

Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT.

Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and therapeutic activities.

Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques to support recovery.

Monitor and document patient progress and report updates to the PT.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Qualifications :

Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

Valid state licensure to practice as a PTA.

Previous experience in home health or a related setting preferred.

CPR certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
