Recon Wear, the official supplier of Platoon shirts across the nation , is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Employee to join our team. With over 20 years of experience servicing Ft. Jackson Basic Training Soldiers and Cadre, and additional outlets at major military bases, we’ve become one of the most influential military apparel vendors in the U.S.

What You’ll Do :

As a Store Employee at Recon Wear, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting customers in finding the perfect military apparel and merchandise.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
  • Handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Representing Recon Wear’s commitment to quality and service with a friendly and professional attitude.

What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need :

  • 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
