Public Area Attendant

Position Summary :

Maintains cleanliness and order in all public spaces of the property, including restrooms, lobbies, hallways, elevators, and outdoor areas. Ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clean public spaces (sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize)
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Keep public furniture and decor clean and orderly
• Respond to guest cleanliness-related requests professionally
• Maintain and organize cleaning tools and equipment
• Assist with deep cleaning and event setups as needed
• Follow safety, sanitation, and lost-and-found procedures

Requirements :

Work Environment :

Frequent standing, bending, walking, and use of cleaning equipment. Work may involve both indoor and outdoor areas and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
