RPA Senior Technical Lead - UI Path

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead (UIPath) is responsible for overseeing the UIPath projects, ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of automation solutions. They will lead a team of UIPath developers and work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design the automation workflows, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of uipath developers, providing technical expertise and guidance

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design automation solutions using uipath

3. Develop, test, and implement uipath workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency

4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to uipath automation

5. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in uipath development

6. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on uipath tools and techniques

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in uipath platform, including uipath studio, orchestrator, and robots

2. Strong knowledge of rpa concepts and best practices

3. Experience in developing complex automation workflows using uipath

4. Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is a plus

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

6. Strong communication and leadership abilities

7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross functional teams

Certifications : UIPath Advanced Developer certification is preferred
