WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• General computer knowledge
• Ability to manage difficult customers and / or situations
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to work independently and be proactive rather than reactive

Although not required, we value knowledge and technical skills in plumbing, electrical, wall, and appliance repair, as well as daily groundskeeping and multifamily or apartment maintenance experience.
