job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field preferred 5 to 10 years of direct construction management experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to independently coordinate multiple projects and initiatives Experience in managing client relationships and team collaboration Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously Perform project estimates, develop budgets, and ensure they align with client objectives Coordinate subcontractor and supplier scope analysis Facilitate weekly team progress meetings and provide timely communication with all parties Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, field staff, and subcontractors Engage in industry networking events and ongoing professional development
