Workforce Manager Consultant

A company is looking for a Workforce Manager Client-side Implementation Specialist. Key Responsibilities Meet with stakeholders to understand current setup and assist in translating labor categories to WFM Business Structure Support testing and validation processes, ensuring proper functionality and access before go-live Provide customized training for employees, managers, and practitioners based on the organization's WFM setup Required Qualifications Experience with Workforce Manager Ability to design business structures based on labor rules and pay policies Experience in conducting training sessions Familiarity with testing processes and validation in a client environment Availability for a part-time, project-based consulting opportunity of 100 hours
