Key Responsibilities Teach synchronous online courses and organize instruction to maximize student engagement Maintain current certifications and demonstrate mastery of subject matter Design and update course materials, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards Required Qualifications Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ Minimum of one year of experience in a training setting, preferably with bootcamps Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for IT certification Familiarity with online teaching platforms and training tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
