  • Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees and a 27-bed Emergency Room / Fast Track Unit.

    • Responsibilities :

  • The Nurse Manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient health care.
  • As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in unit-based planning, budgeting, manpower / staffing, and education program development to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' clinical nursing experience in endoscopy unit required
  • Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
  • Maintains current BLS, ACLS certifications

    • Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
