Responsibilities :
- Daily communication with project team members, clients, and contractors
- Read / interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Various inspections including underground utilities, road and / or bridge items and report discrepancies to Project Engineer
- Follow QA / QC practices / procedures
- Ensure work is compliant with plans, contractor submittals
- Measure, calculate, and determine quantities of assigned work and / or installed materials
- Ensure installed materials meet specifications and testing requirements
- Prepare Daily Inspector’s Reports and review other reports
