6+ Month W2 Contract

San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team :

  • Drive analytics for revenue and engagement programs and A / b tests through analyzing results and communicating insights.
  • Partner with product managers to understand product / customer behavior and features, and use insights generated to make recommendations to improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Be a specialist of stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across various data sources.
  • Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better understand customer behavior.
  • Build reporting frameworks / resources that enable partners to self-serve information.
  • Partner with teams including product analytics, Go-To-Market, and Engineering

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics / Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or a Bachelor's degree in a similar field with relevant practical experience
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a DS / data analyst role.
  • Strong skills in a data science / analytics role with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in hypothesis testing and A / b test analytics
  • Expertise in working with large data sets using Hive / SQL
  • Hands-on experience working with platforms like Databricks
  • Expertise in developing sophisticated reports / dashboards using Tableau / PowerBI or other dashboarding tool
  • Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Pay Range :

    59.00 - $64.73 / hour
