We are looking for a polished, client-focused Sales Consultant and Interior Designer to create bespoke residential spaces for discerning homeowners. This role blends refined design expertise with strategic sales skills, guiding clients through a highly personalized experience from concept to completion. You will work directly with an exclusive clientele, delivering design solutions that combine aesthetic excellence, technical precision, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with clients to interpret their vision and translate it into elegant, functional designs.
  • Produce detailed, accurate AutoCAD drawings that meet the highest quality standards.
  • Present design concepts and proposals with sophistication, clarity, and impact.
  • Oversee the sales process from first introduction through project delivery.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with builders, architects, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships built on trust, discretion, and exceptional results.

Requirements :

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with a strong portfolio of completed design projects.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of direct B2C sales experience, preferably in luxury or custom markets.
  • Refined design sensibility and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
  • Professional presence, discretion, and commitment to delivering a white-glove client experience.
