The Systems Integration Analyst will support the successful integration and daily operations of systems, data, and applications across the organization's various systems. This role is responsible for identifying business needs and requirements, developing functional specifications, documenting data flows and processes, and implementing changes along with third-party vendors to ensure smooth connectivity across enterprise systems and applications.
This position will utilize scripting, code, and other development tools to manage APIs, database connections, and develop reports for various departments as needed from related data sources or applications. Additionally, this role with be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application and data issues, assisting in the back up of application information and data, performing scheduled system upgrades, supporting program / application -based IT help desk tickets, and collaborating with IT staff on systems, procedures, and processes for support and redundancy ensuring business continuity.

What will you be doing in this role :
To be successful in this role you will need :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other closely related field from a four-year accredited college or university. PLUS,
Experience : Two years of experience working with corporate applications and systems, including integration support between multiple systems. Basic SQL programming, scripting, and database experience required.
