Additionally, you will be the key bridge connecting the client, employees, and our Automation Personnel Services branch in Birmingham, fostering effective communication and collaboration. This position offers a blend of recruitment, human resources, and team-building tasks, providing a well-rounded and fulfilling career experience. Pay Rate $37K-$45K annually Onsite  Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for proper placement.
• Process payroll, oversee time-keeping, and handle workers’ compensation reporting.
• Counsel employees and manage attendance, performance, and production reports.
• Communicate open positions to branch offices and interact with HR regularly.
• Check in new employees at the start of each shift.
• Listen to and apply constructive criticism. Onsite  Coordinator Qualifications & Requirements
• A background as an on-site coordinator in a manufacturing facility is essential. Experience in HR, team building, customer service, and proficiency with computer systems is also required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and handle employee relations with empathy and professionalism.
• The ability to think on your feet, resolve issues promptly, and improve processes continually. Job Type
