Production Associate
Our client provides functional and aesthetic solutions for various architectural, safety, and construction applications.
Summary : This role is an integral part of the production team, which ensures the efficient processing of the company's metal products.
Pay : Starting at $18 / hr Benefits After Hire : Vacation, Medical / Dental, Profit Sharing Available Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm Note : After training OT is frequent and expected - flexibility with hours preferred
Duties :
- Read and interpret work orders, including units of measurement.
- Manually transport up to 50lbs and / or with team lift) parts to staging areas for production
- Manually cut, trim, and edge wire borders
- Use hand tools
- Set up machines to start a production cycle
- Manually control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed) for optimal output
- Set up raw materials or parts to feed into machines
- Focus on making sure that quality aligns with production results
- Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
